Intake AI is three co-founders who came to clinical research through the people it touched, and who have spent time on the inside of it — coordinating visits, chasing documents, doing the work this software now does.
Our mission
Every one of us came to clinical research through someone we love. That is where this started, and it is still the reason we are here.
We have worked inside research sites — coordinating visits, chasing documents down, building by hand the paperwork this software now writes. We know which parts of a day disappear and where they go, because we lost them too.
The people running these sites are extraordinary. They hold trials together through systems that were never designed for them, and they do it because someone is waiting at the other end of the study. Our whole job is to make that lighter — and we judge everything we build by whether it would have helped us on a Tuesday afternoon with four visits still to document.
We are on your side of the table.
We are also committed to this reaching further. Clinical research works best in the communities that already have access to it, and we want to help change that — so that a site serving an underserved community can run a trial without drowning in work that has nothing to do with patients.
